Many time some of us make ourselves overwhelm and exhausted. We are in danger of missing if we are caught up in the story of struggle.

What is struggle mentality?

We all have grown up saying up one adage, “no pain no gain”. Unless you fight, nothing can be achieved. These words are so engraved in our subconscious mind, we hardly think about success without struggle. In our mind, is there something noble about life being hard? When you think, I have to struggle a lot to meet my end goals, you are one of the people of struggle mentality.

How does it emerge?

Our childhood has made us think in a certain way, we all know, our past does not justify the scene of the moment. One thing we learn from our elders is how to struggle in life. But is there a way by which we can achieve big, even after dropping the engraved struggle mentality? Yes, there is.

At every phase, we make ourselves struggler, even if we have to pass an exam or simply cross a traffic jam. We always tag ourselves a big struggler and consider, if we don’t struggle, we get nothing in life. But is this the real case?

Continue living in struggle mentality, you will be addicted to it and everything you achieve in life will come through the way of struggle.When you face your struggle mentality, bad thoughts of fighting against something emerges feeling like crap.

How can we drop it?

Rather than fading away into the belief that we have to work hard and do the things that we don’t like to do makes our all the ways tough, and life, less enjoyable. Instead of, hammering away at projects, make laughter and enjoyment your priority at least a few times a day. Learn how to stay self-motivated.

Program yourself to follow your bliss. Drop the mantra of “what if” and “it’s too hard”. Don’t give these words your power. Rather focus on the power of good. Choose easy words to define yourself. And let your childish nature flow inside you. Make fun your priority and send a message to your subconscious mind that you are excited, this will make your path even smoother and enjoyable.

Gradually, your brain will be trained to make things simpler. Without creating much chaos, you will be able to achieve big things in life. After all, your attitude makes things happen for you. This small change in the mentality, alter your negative attitude and transform it into the positive one.

  1. I don’t think strugglers mentality is a bad thing. Thinking that way and tackling the challenges head on could be very exciting and motivating. It’s not necessarily about complaining how hard your life is, rather than picking more and more difficult tasks with fire in your heart and never giving up.

  2. Whenevr i read your articles…i felt so many things. . I also want overcome from struggling life…!! Sometimes our mind knows everything but our heart dont want to accept it..!! How can i overcome from struggling thoughts….!? Coz it’s obstacle for my goals…
