Make Time For The Things You Value The Most

make time for the things that add value, time management,

Life is busy and it always will be. It’s hard to get all household chores complete, exercise, work, eat healthily and take care of wellbeing.

All the daily responsibilities leave no room for fun, inspiring, educational activities and spend time with the loved once, family, friends. But it’s important to create space for the things that make you alive.

But for this, you certainly should know what you love to do or what adds value to your life. We all are given 24 hours some manage to follow their passion every single day and other excuses.

The most prominent reason that connects you with the things or people is love. When you truly love doing something, you have time for it, and if not, you know how to make the one.

Get out, go for the walk, fishing, climbing, biking, meditating, reading whatever your heart unfold, because life is not about settling for less. You deserve more, and when you will understand this, you will find more time to get most out of you and your life.

Set priorities:

People ruled by the day job. I know you love your work but there are still other things your heart hold. The funny thing happens when a job is the only thing you put your energy into, it becomes the only thing you have.

We have to choose wisely how we want to spend our time. Ask yourself “do I really need to do that?” don’t fill up your day without thinking about what matters to you. It is the choice we make as the sun rises and the decision we live with when the sun sets.

Kick the things off:

Once you prioritize, you know what is draining your time. Then you also know how to keep those things away. Because it’s hard to focus on own output when you are ridiculously engaged in input from other sources.

It could be switching from Facebook to WhatsApp, watching excessive TV and videos or feeding every piece of information in mind. You spend all your free time scrolling through others’ life. Wasting your precious minutes, listening to never ending drama depletes your energy. The end result, you find a hard time to spend on yourself.

Schedule yourself:

Morning chills should start with your own definition. Figure out how you are going to spend your day, either visually or if not, pen down it. Make a list what comes first and what you put at the end. Don’t forget to add something that makes your day lively.

Keep your calendar free:

Accepting every social invitation is enticing, you’re booked daily with friends gathering, family obligations, after work meetings, but I can be very freeing to have an open calendar.

Try to refill your bucket before packing your schedule again. Give yourself permission to slow down and enjoy some time with no agenda.

Don’t worry you are not being selfish it just a sign that you care about you. The charge is in your hand!!!
